Ascot Arms

Experience the peaceful, low-rise community of Ascot Arms, conveniently located within walking distances to schools, shopping and major transit service. We offer a range of generously-sized floor plans, from bachelor to 3 bedroom suites. All suites include 3 appliances, and many of our 2 bedroom suites and all of our 3 bedroom suites have an extra 1/2 bath.  Ascot Arms is serviced by an elevator and common laundry facilities are available in the building. Residents can enjoy the use of the pool, jacuzzi, fitness room and games room located next door at The Village at Southgate. One parking stall is included in the rental. Senior Security Deposits are $100. Indoor cats only are permitted with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Police & Military receive a $50 rebate off rent.*
