Cameron County is an exclusive, adult community located on Edmonton's northeast side. We offer six different floor plans for 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites. Our suites feature large in-suite storage, spacious balconies, and 3 appliances. Our community features elevators, central air-conditioned laundry facility, tastefully decorated and bright lobby areas, and is situated in a private ravine setting with mature landscaping. We offer convenient access to all major shopping outlets, bike/walking trails, ice arenas, pools, industrial areas and other surrounding communities including Sherwood Park and Fort Saskatchewan. Heat, water, and one parking stall are included in the rental. Senior Security Deposits are $100. Indoor cats are only permitted with a $250 non-refundable pet fee.
